  Very disappointed, users beware! Recently hired two cars from them for a week. We paid by credit card as per usual but they charged us twice! We emailed them asking them for a refund of the overcharged amount and they didn't believe us. We gave them all details etc. but it took weeks and lots of emails before they grudgingly gave us a refund. Even then it cost us money. We paid on credit card but they said they couldn't refund to the card, only by bank transfer to our current a/c. Eventually we got the refund, but a combination of rate of exchange and our banks commission charges we were eventually £10 out of pocket. Totally not our fault yet we ended up paying for their stupid mistakes! Be very careful with this company, and check your statement ASAP.
